I’m listing some of the last items I have from the estate of the late Dr. Sarah Forbes. These are cardboard signs from the ss United States. The first gives the last times the baggage room would be open during the voyage. The second is a cardboard sign reminding passengers to leave their stateroom keys in their cabin upon disembarkation and to have their baggage and trunks ready for removal at 2 pm before arrival in Southampton. These would be a fun and unusual addition to any ss United States collection. Some slightly bumped corners and measures about 11″ x 8.5″.
