United States, First-Class Dining Room Set

Want to dine on the incomparable ss United States?  This is a complete setup of ssUS first-class dining room furniture.  It is the entire thing with all the parts — chairs, tables, and straps for rough weather.  I am nearly certain that no one has put this entire set together since the auction in 1984 and no one has used them, of course, since 1969.  The straps went around the chairs and hooked to the tables to keep you from moving around!  I call them chair bras.  Fascinating and far different from the tie downs used on other liners.  I have a hunch they are more US Navy style and thus the difference.  Who has these straps?  Soon one of you.  All the items are in as-found condition.  Chair upholstery is good but needs a cleaning.  The table top may have a blemish here and there because of the material it is made of and because of its time in storage.  The table base also needs to be repainted.  I can provide a round or square table top, depending on the size/shape you might be looking for.  The price is for a table, 4 chairs, and 4 straps.  All from the Dr. Sarah Forbes Estate.
