I don’t recall the last time I had a “Tea” menu from a White Star liner, but I know that in second and third class this afternoon meal was much more hearty than the beverages and finger sandwiches you get on Cunard today. Dated October 17, 1910, this menu is right in the prime years for White Star and mentions both RMS Olympic and her sister RMS Titanic in the present tense as “building.”
