Product Description
A superb mahogany waste basket from the SS Queen Mary. Marked on the base “Queen Mary Officers & Engineers, Gregory & Co, Bruton St Ltd, London W1” thus we know exactly where it came from on board. It is done in a lovely mahogany veneer that in the right light appears to have light and dark stripes running vertically. In near mint condition, including the original metal liner. I have just had this completely restored. Joints are tight and strong, and it needs no work and could be put right to use in your home. Measures about 10¾” tall x 9” square.
