The liner was filled with a veritable Who’s Who in Cunard history, including Sir Percy Bates, John Austin, Stewart Bale, Alfred Booth, Thomas Brocklebank, Lord Inverclyde, Ernest Leach, Stephen Pigott, as well as a smattering of Lords, Ladies, manservants, and maids.
