Product Description
Spectacular CGT vase by Edgar Brandt from the French Line flagship ss Normandie. One of the most famous art deco ocean-liner items ever produced. These were made in two sizes, and this is the larger of the two. Stands 13.5″” tall, and the base is 5.25″ square. This vase was lent for display to the Musee de la Marine in Paris by collector extraordinaire Carl House via memorabilia dealer Richard Faber. Labels on the bottom of the vase indicate this, but since their addresses are listed, I won’t post photos of that. Vase is in excellent condition.
