Product Description
A rare and fantastic addition to any CGT or ocean-liner collection. A large and well-made chrome trophy given out on board the ss Normandie. These were awarded when you participated in and won various competitions on the ship. Measures about 7″ tall x about 6″ from handle to handle. Intriguingly, the French Line didn’t do anything by halves, particularly when it came to the flagship Normandie. Thus these giveaways were manufactured to the highest standards by the famous Christofle firm, just like the silver in the ship’s first-class dining room. In excellent condition with just some age spots, etc.
