Product Description

Hard-to-find 19th Century second-class passenger list RMS Majestic.  19th Century White Star Line are tough to source, and those for second class are even more so.  Bruce Ismay is listed on the cover as New York agent, but having recently been recalled to help run the line in Liverpool as his father TH Ismay prepared for a well-deserved retirement, his name has been crossed out, and H. Maitland Kersey has been added.

In command was Captain Parsell on this voyage from Liverpool to New York on May 30, 1894.  Her surgeon was later to be world famous as W.F.N O’Loughlin, who lost his life on RMS Titanic.  Lots in this list.  In very good condition with some tape re-enforcement on the spine.
