Product Description
One of the hardest-to-find pieces of Maddockware. If, like Cunard, you had to serve appetizers to 800 expectant first-class passengers and do it quickly, these dishes were the answer to your prayers. The idea was to rapidly, but attractively, offer a large selection of hors d’oeuvres from the trolley to tempt an entire table. In excellent condition, and a quantity available. Measuring about 9″ x 5.5″.
