Product Description
Fine glossy deck plan for the White Star liner Georgic of 1932. This plan is dated November, 1937, and was produced by her new owners Cunard White Star Line. Must surely be the finest deck plan ever done for the ship. Extensive, color coded, and so many photographs that it is almost a brochure. It really showcases how high-end the ship was. Quite luxurious and very appealing. I have often lamented that she was the one who got bombed in the war. I think she would have fit the Cunard fleet better than Britannic post war. But I digress. We are told inside that “the scheme of decoration in the Georgic is modernistic… but modernistic with a difference.”
