Product Description
A very proud French Line produced this bronze medal in 1955 for the 100th anniversary of the company. Perhaps in a bit of austerity following the war, the size of the medals produced in the 1920’s and 1930’s was reduced by about half in the post-war period. Not, however, for the centennial celebrations. CGT splashed out and went back to the pre-war size and thickness. In excellent condition and in its original box. Measures about 2.5″ across.
