Product Description
Remarkably rare catch-all from the RMS Queen Mary. What makes this so outstanding is that it dates to the pre-war period of 1936-1939. After the war, the style of many of the bakelite fixtures from the bathrooms was changed to a simplified style with no ridging around the body. This is only the second of this style that I have ever seen for sale. There is some chipping to the rim on the bottom (see photo), but because of the rarity, that really doesn’t matter, especially since it will be difficult to see when hung. Measures about 5.5″ x 6″.
