Salvaged silver coffee pot from the ill-fated Empress of Ireland. It amazes me how the silver on the inside of the lid is still intact and shiny after all those years at the bottom of the St. Lawrence River. The pot stands 6″ tall and from handle to spout is about 6.5″. Made by Mappin and Webb and fully marked with the Canadian Pacific logo on the side, this coffee pot is in very good condition and quite rare. For some reason tea pots come up more often.
