Far and away one of the rarest passenger lists out there. For the Empress of Britain dated June 15, 1939. Why is this so rare, you may ask? Because this is the trip that carried King George VI and Queen Elizabeth home from their Canadian tour just before the start of World War II. Of course, some of their staff were on board as well, but can you imagine how few of these lists still survive since there were only 40 passengers total on board? On this voyage there were no other passengers than those in the Royal Party. Making the crossing with the Empress of Britain were also five escort vessels. Grab this one while you can because you may never see another!
