Product Description
When the second- and third-class cabins on the Queen Mary were stripped out during the “conversion” (or as many call it, the “rip out”), thousands of fittings (light fixtures, door knobs, toothbrush holders, chests of drawers, beds, curtains, rugs, just to name a few) and any item of interest from the ripped-out areas were sold as souvenirs of the great liner. Over the last half century, these have become collector’s items and are very desirable. Although there were different styles of doorknobs on the ship (depending on what part of the liner you were in), this is the typical “egg-shaped” one. Great condition. SA
