Product Description
“A New Transatlantic Aristocrat.”
As White Star Line said themselves, ” Our enthusiasm for the new Britannic would result in a description so flowery that the reader might be skeptical.”
Running 24 pages and filled with great images from each class. She was a handsome ship indeed. Very comfortable looking if not luxurious, given her status as an intermediate sized ship. Dates to around the time of the maiden voyage. All the text is testimonials from various US newspapers gushing over the new vessel. “The largest motor ship in the world.” In near mint condition. Some very interesting images. I am intrigued by the 3 dining-room images showing the china, silver, and crystal.
