Many people don’t spend inordinate amounts of time on describing items anymore.  I can see the point.  After all, in our fast-paced world, who has the time to read it?  Also so much is now written by AI as to be utter junk and is even further incentive to just skip over descriptions.  Perhaps an overlooked reason not to describe items well is the issue of what to actually say.  I have described thousands of items over the years, and in that time it can be quite easy to become complacent and start everything with “rare, unique, lovely, sought after, desirable, fine opportunity,” etc., etc.

That’s the reason for this longer intro explaining this fine brochure.  The first thought that popped into my head was what a lovely, rare, and fine opportunity….  While all those superlatives are true, I think it can be important from time to time to go further.  I will always try to go the extra mile for you.  So for those of you out there who want good service and are looking for something special for this era-changing liner, here it is.  I quite like the Blue Ribbon sash on the front cover, don’t you?  A subtle reminder that you would be sailing on the fastest ship in the world.  Cunard were still proud of their Edwardian liner as they should be.  The brochure runs 16 pages and sports the best and largest photos of the ship in just about any brochure for her.  The best suites are being shown here, and interestingly enough for this 1920s brochure, they are still sporting much of their early interior looks.  Excellent condition JF.
