Product Description
The famed and rare original blue-tinted crystal clock produced for the CGT flagship ss Normandie. Made by the famous ATO Clock Company in conjunction with Rene Lalique, these clocks are the big leagues for not only French Line but ss Normandie and Art Deco collecting as well. These were given to first-class passengers on the ship’s maiden voyage on May 29, 1935. This ship’s name surrounds the clock face and is used to mark some of the hours. Very attractive and highly sought after. Super rare and in fantastic condition. It measures about 5.5″ tall. This clock was reproduced many years ago, but this is NOT the reproduction. AC
