Pre-World War I menu from the RMS Canopic dated October 2, 1913, identical to the ones used on the RMS Olympic and RMS Titanic. Although not stated, given the items available, this has to be from first class. Canapes, green turtle soup, oysters on the half shell, boiled salmon with cucumber sauce, etc. What’s rare and intriguing about this menu is that it is also a music program for the same evening.
