Product Description
The best first-class deck plan I have ever carried for the “Old Reliable.” Interestingly, it is dated July, 1913, and reprinted after the war in 1920, listing the à la carte restaurant simply as the “B Deck dining saloon.” I love just sitting down with an RMS Olympic deck plan and looking at it. The things you learn! This was a unique period in Olympic’s history and for that matter White Star Line where transatlantic services had not quite returned to normal following the war. A fantastic cutaway of the ship is shown on the reverse. Measures about 40″ x 30 and just begs to be framed! In excellent condition with no pin holes at the folds, and the only sign of ageing is the darkening of a few panels panels when folded. One tiny tape repair at the top edge.
