Product Description
Looking at archival photos, it’s difficult to tell exactly what these dishes were designed for except to say that they were used for everything! They were the stewards’ catch-alls. Any time a waiter needed a small dish, they’d grab one of these. As such, the later Cunard versions are fairly common, but these are more desirable since they are the much earlier Cunard White Star versions made by Foley in the 1940’s. This is the smaller size and measures about 3.5″ x 3″. In excellent condition.
