Product Description
Real-photo postcard booklet for the Statendam. She had a rather painful life–a decade to build and a decade of depression-era service only to be ignobly boomed and burned out in the invasion of Holland in 1940. Her interiors are shown here to great effect, and you can see the delay in her building took its toll. She is a very mixed bag of styles. The best suites are shown, too, even the bidets. Needless to say these would scan exceptionally well. Photos are mint and unused, and the envelope is in good shape too with a slight one-inch age tear to one of the folds.
