I cannot help but make selections of what I would have ordered had I been fortunate enough to be sailing first class on the incomparable RMS Olympic in 1913. I learn so much by looking up what some of the items are. Grenadins of Veal is basically filet mignon of veal. Darne of Salmon is the proper term for salmon that hasn’t been filleted but is cut steaklike across the fish with the backbone still in it. A very high-end menu for a very high-end ship. In excellent condition with a cover showing the Reading & Writing Room of the Olympic. Identical to the menus used on RMS Titanic.
