Product Description
A fantastic letter written on board the RMS Olympic in October, 1929. I bet our writer didn’t know how the world was about to change with the Great Depression starting at the end of that month. That was the final nail in the coffin for all the transatlantic liners, including the White Star Line fleet. It is quite a nice letter with details about the ships age, speed, and the movies being shown on board. He was no fan of the shows! Very difficult to find on-board letters that mention details of the ship and the voyage. In very good condition.
