You know CGT went for broke when they gold washed their bronze medallions. The ss France was France’s last transatlantic liner and one of the last ships of state to be built. She was amazing. If you sailed on her as the equally famous ss Norway you will still probably agree with me. Medallion is in excellent condition without the typical wear. It has the original box which is also in great condition with just a few small scuffs.
Over the years, I have had many of these medals sold on board the French Line’s flagship, and like all original memorabilia, they just get rarer as time marches on. You the customer looking to add to your collection always keep me cleaned out or nearly cleaned out of this perhaps the finest souvenir from such a famous ship. I have only just gotten one back in stock so pick it up while you can.
